北京大学城市与环境学院;
随着机动化导向的城市发展模式所带来的环境与健康问题日益凸显,多模式出行逐渐发展成为满足人们日常复杂多样出行需求的优先方案。本文从多模式出行的核心内涵着手,系统归纳支撑多模式出行行为的多模式交通系统在规划和实践方面的关键要点,进一步探讨如何建构和优化多模式交通系统。研究认为,为应对现有城市交通系统中不同交通方式衔接、出行服务整合以及出行信息数据共享等方面的挑战,需要加强政府管理部门、服务运营商和终端用户三个利益相关方的深度交流与合作,构建具有包容性的多模式出行服务体系,探索创新商业合作模式,加强政策引导与支持,旨在为构建可持续、高效且多样化的多模式交通系统提供理论支撑和实践指导。
